One on one personal training
Working one on one with an FP practitioner means you get a personalised approach to your body and health. We focus on your individual issues in order to get to the root cause of problems with your body.
We start with myofascial release (MFR) which aims to hydrate areas of your body which are chronically tight or tense. We then move onto corrective exercise which challenges your body to move in a new way. Once the basics have been mastered we start do do more dynamic movements which engrain better movement patterns and get you fit!
After you have become more familiar with the FP method the option to join our Saturday morning group class will become available.
